Present and Past life Regression

You are not human beings having a spiritual experience,
You are spiritual beings having a human experience.

Present life regression is simply assisting someone to travell back within his or her present lifetime to a perceived problem. Regression is capable of being a very vivid and realistic experience involving two or more of your senses (for example, vision, hearing, and physical sensations). At other times, regression is capable of being more subtle, involving relatively vague images and perceptions. Usually, you will be capable of expecting to access enough information to allow for an interesting and useful experience.

During present life regression, one might travell back to the pre-natal and birth experience itself. Birth may be the most traumatic and dangerous experience one is capable of undergoing in their present life. Freud stated that the birth was the first trauma and the origin of all anxieties at the root of later psychic problems. However, he claimed that the experience was too deeply buried in the unconscious to be retrieved. Human behaviour tends to reenact birth: emotional, sexual, psychosomatic and cognitive patterns seem to be in some sense duplications of an intensified momentary experience during the birth. It seems that most people are fixated or stuck in the birth trauma.

Some of the things that might be uncovered are:

  • The source of anger.
  • What expectations were there before coming in?
  • What happened?
  • What did not happen at the time of the birth?
  • What agreements were made between mother and child in the planning stage?
  • At the time of the conception what agreements were broken?

Many religions acknowledge that the lifestream reincarnates possibly many times in order to learn a number of things, resolve issues, purify itself and find its way back to its god. Many studies done with young children who spontaneously report past life memories have found that information, which they were not capable of having obtained otherwise about now-deceased people whom they claim to have been at one time, was capable of being verified.

Past Life Regression (PLR) is something you either believe in or do not. The theory is in essence, exactly what it seems like. By examining your past lives, it maybe possible to understand what is the original cause of a problem. Though past life therapy is capable of assisting even those who do not believe in past lives.

There are several reasons one might choose to explore their past life.

  • Curiosity - Admittedly, it is just cool to say that you have undergone a past life regression. Furthermore, you will be capable to sharing this experience with friends and family.

  • Help for today's perceived problems - History repeats itself and many believe that you continue to experience the same trials and tribulations in each lifetime until you learn important lessons. By understanding your past lives, you are capable or beginning to reprogram yourself and remove your eternal unhealthy habits.

  • The Search for Meaning -- Most people believe their lives hold a deeper meaning than is obvious through "surface level" analysis. By looking into your past life, you are capable of beginning to uncovering the purpose for your life today.

  • Therapeutic benefits - Whether you believe in past lives or not, going through this type of regression is very therapeutic. People have been helped with addictions, phobias, and other disorders by looking deeply within themselves and analysing images generated by the mind.
