A steady, gentle flow of water, in and out (unlike an enema) stimulates the colon to recover its natural shape, tone and peristaltic wave action. (There is no discomfort and no internal pressure.)
CranioSacral Therapy - CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle method of detecting and correcting imbalances or restrictions in the CranioSacral System. The CranioSacral System is a physical system that exists in humans and animal that have a brain and spinal cord. The CanioSacral System consists of the bones, membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. The term "CranioSacral" is derived from the bones involved - the cranium (skull, face, mouth) to the "sacrum" (coccyx or tailbone).
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle method of detecting and correcting imbalances or restrictions in this semi-closed system, encouraging your own natural, self-corrective, healing mechanisms to dissipate the unconstructive effects of stress on your Central Nervous System. CranioSacral Therapists use a light touch, generally no more than the weight of a nickel, to test for restrictions to the CranioSacral System and assist the hydraulic forces within the CranioSacral System. This is done by monitoring the rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid as it flows through the system. As pressure builds up, the CranioSacral fluid bathes the brain and spinal cord. Crystals/Rocks - Other life forms whose vibrations are used to open up specific pathways in human and other systems. Crystals and Rocks store information that are capable of being accessed for healing and knowledge. Crystals-based technologies (used in electronic circuitry, computers, and laser beams, used in medical diagnostic equipment and surgical techniques) have revolutionised conventional medicine.

They extend to a height of 60-600 feet and were detected in 1950 by German medical doctor Ernst Hartmann. The worst place a person can sleep or work is over junctures or "Hartmann knots", where two Hartmann lines cross and radiation is intensified.
Geopathic Zones- Their direction is random and may be horizontal, vertical or diagonal. When natural radiation rises through the earth, its wavelength can be distorted by weak electromagnetic fields from subterranean running water, mineral concentrations, fault lines, underground cavities or other unnatural fields (high tension wires, satellite towers, electrical street poles, or fuse boxes). These distorted radiation fields can be harmful to some living organisms.
Electromagnetism- A form of energy that comes from an electric charge in motion, electromagnetism is used in medicine to relieve muscle aches, suppress pain, stimulate knitting of broken bones, pulverize kidney stones, and more. To heal broken bones, specialised electrodes that create a weak electromagnetic field are applied externally across a plaster cast or fracture site and worn during sleep until complete healing.

Uses techniques to accelerate the movement of lymphatic fluid to healthy parts of the body for re-absorption. It is widely used in Europe and Australia. Focuses on gently moving skin and connective tissue rather than muscle tissue. This stimulates the weakened lymphatic system and allows the stagnant fluid to be shunted to those areas where lymph vessels are healthy and will reabsorb the fluid.
Shiatsu - A Japaneses style of massage that involves applying pressure with the balls of the thumbs on acupuncture points to balance Ki (life force energy) which flows through the meridian channels throughout the body. Mercaba - The mercaba is geometric shape made up of two, overlapping, counter-rotating fields of clear light. A two dimensional view of the mercaba looking downward is represented by one triangle pointing upwards and another overlapping triangle pointing downwards or a Star of David. A three dimensional view looks like a diamond, a star tetrahedron or two three sided pyramids overlapping. One-pyramid points upward extending above the head and the other points downward extending below the feet. One rotates to the feminine (left) and one to the masculine (right). The one that rotates to the masculine (right) is related to your emotional body and the one that rotates to the feminine (left) is associated with your mental body.
Primary Stage 1 - Visualise if you will two triangles, tip to tip, forming a large X shape, the upper triangle being gold in essence, while the lower triangle is silver. This primary stage also represents the opposition of two dynamic forces or polarities, masculine and feminine, unconstructive and constructive. The two triangles at this primary stage have only a linear appearance, each with two base points, which also represents the 2 strands of DNA.
Integration Stage 2 - The upper and lower triangles have now partially merged forming a three dimensional gold/silver star tetrahedron, also known as a Star of David. While the inner field surrounding the physical body remains static, there are now two other electro-magnetic fields of energy contained within the same space. These two fields counter rotate and balance, one being the emotional field or body, the other being the mental field or body.
Transformation Stage 3 - The two triangles continue to move upwards and downwards, reversing their original position, coming to rest with the gold triangle below, and the silver triangle above. At this point the rotational fields create a further base point, so that they now appear as two pyramids on a square base, locked base to base, and so together giving a diamond appearance. The two opposite energies fully intermingle, an integration of the masculine and feminine, positive and negative. As the completed diamond now starts to spin on its axis, more facets are added, until at last it has the appearance of a twelve faceted diamond.
In most human beings the one that's rotating to the masculine (right) is going slower than the one to the feminine (left), that is why people are capable of being so expressive. One of the easy ways to change this is to balance the counter-rotation of your star tetrahedrons. The mercaba operates bi-directionally, bringing light down as well as up through your being. If you work with your star tetrahedrons and you speed up the counter-rotations faster than the speed of light, you are capable of disappearing out of the third dimension. You slip into another dimension of reality.
The mercaba encompasses both spirit and body and is a your light vehicle or time-space vehicle. It is the image or blueprint through which things were and are created, a geometrical set of patterns that surrounds everything in existence. Everything in creation has these star tetrahedrons, including human beings, and these star tetrahedrons, in conjunction with our DNA, are the key to consciousness. They create lattice like structures that surround and overlap each other, connecting us to all things and all time. The visualisation of the mercaba in meditation triggers remembrances and opens other dimensions consciously. Travelling with the mercaba moves you within a universal energy field without time or space. Mer means place of ascending, ka (ca) means spirit and ba means soul.

Effective in promoting health and healing of the physical body where these unconscious attributes have become manifest.
Numerology - The study of the connection of numbers and their manifestation throughout all aspects of nature and the universe. Numerologists, typically use your birth name and date to analyse this relationship. Some Egyptian mysteries held that numbers hold the key to the universe. The idea is that numbers carry specific quality as well as quantity of information. Pythagorean, Platonic, and Hermetic schools used numeric symbolism and interrelationships as a basis for teaching.
Nutrition - The science of balancing the intake of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Nutrition concerns everything that the body does with food to sustain life and growth.
